Tanya Zimbardo will share her experiences curating artist film through exhibitions and select programs for the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) and nonprofit organizations. Her exhibition Future Histories: Theaster Gates and Cauleen Smith is on view through May 23, 2021. Zimbardo is co-organizing with San Francisco Cinematheque a related film program in May highlighting short films by Cauleen Smith, a renowned SFSU alumna.
