Andrew Zox, M.F.A, School of Cinema San Francisco State University, was selected by Cannes Cinéfondation to premiere his thesis film, I AM MY OWN MOTHER, at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival. The Cinéfondation Selection has chosen 17 films this year (14 live-action and 3 animated films), from among 2,426 submitted by film schools all over the world.
Featuring the work of School of Cinema San Francisco State University graduates Andrés Gallegos (cinematography), Arash Maleki (Editor), Christina Fernandez (production design), Steven Lagosh (sound mix).
