Soumyaa Kapil Behrens appointed to the Metro Academies Initiative

Soumyaa was recently appointed to a position in the Metro Academy at San Francisco State University. She will serve as the newly created Metro Academies Liberal and Creative Arts Social Justice Coordinator and will continue to lecture in the Cinema Department.

Soumyaa is a graduate of the MFA in Cinema program and currently lectures in the department as well as at the San Francisco Art Institute. This is an exciting new venture for the Metro Academy, the College of Liberal and Creative Arts and Cinema. Please join me in congratulating her on her new appointment.
