Joe McBride contributed to the new Orson Welles and John Ford Blu-rays, which are about to be released.

John Ford's lovely silent Western 3 BAD MEN (the best of his extant silent films) is out tomorrow on the Kino Lorber Blu-ray with Joe McBride’s audio commentary. On Aug. 30 the long-awaited Criterion package of Orson Welles's little-seen masterpiece CHIMES AT MIDNIGHT will be released with many good extras for which he did a 27-minute video interview. He also did the audio commentary for Ford's THE QUIET MAN, due out in October from Olive Films.
