Jennifer Hammet

Associate Professor

Professor Hammett's research focuses on the history of film theory, feminist film studies and criticism, and American film history. She also specializes in critical writing, having developed the Departments “writing across the curriculum” course (CINE 303). Hammett has not only written about film, but also produced with Camille Seaman “habits of faith,” an experimental documentary about an 86 year old woman print artist.
